Well let me explain…… Bethany Hannah Bridal was the name chosen by Jan Clarke who started the business in 1998, it was the two names she loved put together.
When Jan retired in 2019, Natalie decided to keep the name as it was well know in the village and full of recommendations of past brides, so now Bethany Hannah is now our business baby.
Natalie fell in love with everything about Bethany Hannah Bridal including the beautiful Victorian building located in Stockton Heath Village and has been developing it ever since.
NATALIE
Natalie is Bethany Hannah’s Owner and Bridal Brand Designer of NATALIE FITZMAURICE. Natalie is Queen of all things fashion!
Natalie came to Bethany Hannah in 2019 as the new owner. Natalie has not only brought all her energy, positive vibes and fashion knowledge; she has created our own exclusive new bespoke Bridal Label, the self named, NATALIE FITZMAURICE.
Natalie has all the bridal experience any Bethany Hannah Bride could dream of. After studying Fashion Design at the University of Liverpool and owning her own bespoke fashion brand @LOVE_FROCKS, Natalie is a skilled designer with a wealth of knowledge in everything related to fashion, styling and alterations.
Natalie’s expertise flourishes in creating your dream dress from your personal vision and bringing it to life before your eyes.
If you haven’t already noticed from our story posts, shop lives or meeting Natalie in person, she is totally full of life, loves to talk about all things weddings and cares so much about each and every bride who walks through our doors at Bethany Hannah Bridal.
Natalie herself, got married in 2013 in Italy so knows all about the planning journey and importance of finding the perfect dress! She will go the extra mile to make sure that you feel like your absolute best self on the day!
CHARLOTTE
Charlotte has worked at Bethany Hannah since 2013 and started part time while studying. Charlotte gained her BA Hons in Primary Teaching but loved and thrived in the wedding industry she decided to stay on and is now our Lead Bridal Stylist and Assistant Manager.
Charlotte brings her super friendly and fabulous personality every day. Charlotte is very passionate about all things bridal and her attention to detail and ideas are never ending! Charlotte is our ray of sunshine bringing her positivity and passion of everything bridal, fashion, floristry and interiors… she really has it all!
Everyone who meets Charlotte just gets captivated by her personality, she makes all of our Bethany Hannah brides feel at home, comfortable and part of our Bethany Hannah family. Charlotte prioritises making brides feel at ease during their appointment- we all know the pressures of the social media world we live in but Charlotte wants to make each bride feel confident, empowered and body positive.
Charlotte is invested in all of your ideas and loves to be a part of your special journey; hearing about all of your unique and varied wedding plans and the vision of your complete Bridal look on your wedding day.
ANN
Ann is our exceptional recommended seamstress. Ann had based herself in the boutique since 1998 and is absolute gold dust!
Ann trained for three years as a bespoke Tailor and is therefore brilliantly skilled in achieving your perfect bridal look; whether this is through little adjustments or bespoke customisation. Ann has an incredible repertoire of previous work and an abundance of glowing reviews from past brides.
Ann is also the most perfect person for putting all brides at ease and keeping those few weeks in the run up to your big day the most enjoyable experience.
We constantly sing Ann’s praises – as you can see from this short introduction – but she really is capable of anything when it comes to Bridal Alterations and in our eyes she is the best in the business.
ANGIE
Angie has worked along side Natalie for 12 years as our fabulous seamstress for Love Frocks. Helping create the beautiful designs you will see at lovefrocks.com and recently working on the new Natalie Fitzmaurice Bridal Collection.
Angie brings her sense of humour and makes all her customers feel at home with her quick wit and straight talking nature. Angie’s passion for sewing as got us through lots of late nights over the years, working so hard to get every dress perfect for each customer….. such a star!
Based at our studio in Runcorn Cheshire, Angie also has her own business ‘Angie Alts’ for everyone’s general alterations including bridesmaids and we couldn’t recommend her enough – call 07875731869 if you need her.
SHEILA
Sheila ( Natalie’s Mum) is our ray of sunshine. Generally working on a Saturday to keep the prosecco flowing and loves a chat about your big day.
Sheila worked for many many years as a clinical secretary and since retiring she doesn’t seem to slow down with lots of little jobs under her belt.
Always looking glam and her love for clothes and fashion is definitely were Natalie gets it from. Sheila taught Natalie how to hand sew and Grandmother Lily used to be a tailoress so you can say it is definitely in the genes.
We love having Sheila in with us keeping everything running smoothly. Plus she always seems to know everyone so more often then not it’s like a catch up ha ha!
